New member who was just added into an existing approval workflow should be able to view all Reviews including Reviews submitted by other Initiators within same approval workflow or project folder since day 1.
We encountered a problem when one of the member has exited the project replaced by a new hire who needs to access past submitted reviews for follow-ups.
However the Initiator could only view his own Submission and unable to view what the other Initiator under same approval had submitted.
