Permission Level for Attachments hyperlinked on exported RFIs and Issues
When exporting Issues and RFIs into PDFs, the attachments, regardless if it's attached from within the Document Management module or directly uploaded and attached from the local drive, will be hyperlinked in the exported PDF as a downloadable file. This overrides the permission level set for the source folder of this attachment since users with "View" only permission level will be able to download the hyperlinked attachment as long as they have access to the exported PDF. The original permission level from the source folder should dictate the "downloadability" of the hyperlinked attachments.
