It would be great if we could:
Invite people to meetings / minutes without adding them to the project. This way they would have a limited "viewer" permission just to the meeting/minute and reduce time required to share PDFs.
Notifications when something changes in the meeting for all invitees
Need to be able to create groups for distribution lists in Submittals module. Dropdown menu of individuals is tedious. If a distribution list has already been created--just show the names, or preferably a group. That way we can control it by assigning roles.
I don't want a useless bounce-back email for RFIs--it just says "download report" because of a status change in the workflow. Yeah, I know this already because I was the one that re-assigned it. Don't need an email. How do I turn off notifications?
