For a published mark-up I have to give a lot of access (permission) to an external source.
At present to be able to publish mark-ups you have to give a permission of view-download-upload edit, when all I want to give is mark-ups (edit).
For example, I want an Architect to comment on my drawings/model but I don't want him to be able to download the model, as he could download the model and change the sheets and issue them himself. (No Control)
When I issue the model formally I would strip out all the sheets etc which couldn't be used for mark-ups as there are no sheets.
