The deployment for Desktop Connector sucks! Always has! It needs vast improvements and streamlined install. A simple MSI with a few command switches or via an orca edit would go a long way to improving the ease of deployment. The archaic commands, steps one must go through now is down right terrible. Your own software installation (silent) can't stop its own services, uninstall its old versions nor add simple registry entries. CMON. You can do better than that.
