Issues - Allow photos/attachments to be downloaded

Please add the ability to print, share and download individual/groups of photos/attachments from the Issues pop up window (desktop web application)

Currently, photos and attachments that are captured during the creation of an issue can only be viewed or deleted.

UPDATE: 

It looks like you are able to get a PDF with the attachments (images) exported if you export the individual issue. The function does not work when exporting the entire issues report. Not sure why you can get it in one place and not the other.
