Field checklist do not have the same activity logg as Issues, therefore. Automatically defined dates like "Last updated and created" is not enough. Because in the field you can work with big variety of the checklist from small to very long and all the section of quality checks and answers are done in different times which we need to follow up when we work with quality checks and updates. So to make it able to automatically defined a date like it does when you sign would be great if it does it when you mark one section as DONE. The workaround of creatin object with Number edit as a date in every section is not for a long time and can still be human possibly wrong making and forgot.
