Field Checklist - Improve visual appearance and Add tables

Checklists are a great item to use on site and are saving us a lot of time.  Currently the forms are not visually appealing and lack options in a particular for forms used for commissioning.  There are multiple changes that need to happen to continue to make this a viable option.

 

1) Add company logos. (Minor)

2) Integrate tables similar to excel where you can fill in multiple items.  Allow multiple inputs on one line item. (See attachment for example of form)

3) Tighten up the forms so they don't take up so much space.  A form that took one page now becomes a 2 or 3 page form.

 

Clients have commented on these issues as well and is something to correct soon.

This has been a Client Complaint when we submit daily, weekly, monthly data.  It is not please to review or look at.

 I agree - we need the ability to create a table inside of a checklist.  See attached for another example.  This should be a high priority on thePTSA TABLE.jpgir checklist roadmap.
