Currently, the hard-coded roles can be used to assign members to my project only. For specific projects I would like to add specific roles that are more specific than just Architect, or IT.
This is also very important within our business, as I have some Store Planners that are the ones that draw the Layouts for the stores. They are not Designers or Architects, but need to be able to assign issues by role.
It would be great to not have to re-purpose a role that is currently in the list because we can't define our own roles from a Admin level. The lack of custom roles is what is stopping us from assigning roles for individuals, which I really feel is much needed.
