It would be good to have the ability to have an 'Active Sync' to the desktop connector at a user level on selected (subscribed) files or folders. This would allow changes to immediately be pushed out to users subscribed to certain folders, rather than them being downloaded on an open action.As referenced files aren’t automatically updated when the host file is loaded, active sync will ensure the reference files are always up to date.
I believe reference file support in BIM360 for AutoCAD has now been released (although I have not tested it as of yet), but I still see a use for this functionality especially with other software that doesn't have the same reference file support.
