Being able to add more or to customize RFI Categories available when creating RFIs would be really helpful to further give context or information to the RFI. Instead of having an RFI Category named "Others" it would be better to make it customizable similar to the Issue Types available for issues allowing the users to add more flexibility in selecting the nature/category of the RFI.
