As a Project Admin and/or BIM Coordinator we want to be able to set up coordination models for our projectmembers (BIM Engineers) in an early stage. Even before they have joined the project, for example when setting up BIM360 DM folder structure and the teams.
At the moment this is not possible and they we cannot handover our own created coordination model with all views and searchsets included to another projectmember since this will trigger a lot of errors. In the current situation we have to instruct the engineer how to do it via videocalls or sit next to them at their desk.
There needs to be an admin/management tool where this can be done without actually sitting at the desk off the engineer.
Also, often the BIM-engineer is not always a colleague from the same establishment.
