We love auto-scheduled reports, and we would like to have more, for the photos and the library.
Idea: add Photos and Library reports groups with some report templates in the reports section
Example 1: the client require a weekly photo report with the more representatives shots on the site. Right now we still need to download photos from BIM 360 Field, put it into a ppt or word document, print the pdf and send it over by email. If some sort of photo report would exist, the superintendent could easily tag some photos during the week as "weekly report", then at the end of the week the report would run these photos in a proper document and have sent it to the stakeholders.
Example 2: We use the BIM 360 Field library in order to share construction documents with trades and others, however, because of the amount of email notifications the software send, users tends to start ignore emails pretty soon, or worst, Outlook put them in the clutter... so in addition to upload the library, we still need to send out email alerting everybody about the availability of some new documents. If some sort of library report would exist, these could be easily transferred to the trades weekly, with a library update weekly resume (with hyperlinks and documents name), so nobody could ever say not to have been alerted.
