It is critical for any reviewer to keep a record set of the documents (drawings or otherwise) that have been commented on, including mark-ups, to comply with their organisation's QA systems, PI requirements, or both.
With the current BIM360 set-up, each document has to be downloaded individually for it to include the mark-ups. The process is not particularly straightforward either:
- Open the folder containing the document, or the relevant review
- Click on the 3 dots
- Click on Export
- Toggle the option to include all mark-ups
- Click on Continue to download the document
- Repeat for every document in the folder or review
The above process might be acceptable for a bungalow, but for any relatively complex building with hundreds of drawings it becomes inoperative.
Could an option please be added to both reviews and folders that enables users to download all documents within the set including mark-ups?
