Batch Print review files

Batch Print review files

Reviewers often want to be able to review files on printed copies. Currently if they want to print files they must do it one at a time. Printing allows reviewers to more easily see more than one of the files at a time and refer to other documents while commenting on another. Presumably on screen.

I suggest adding the ability to batch print all or a subset of the files on review from within the Review window.

This idea is similar to the posts linked below but different enough to warrant its own post, as it refers to the review workflow specifically.

To close the loop on this I also suggest making it possible to add attachments to a comment in a review. In this way the reviewer can can a manual mark-up that supports a comment and attach it to to the comment in BIM 360.
The attachment should not need to be uploaded to Doc separately but live with the review and be included in the spreadsheet when exported.

Whole heartedly agree with above. PDF on screen ends up being about A4 or smaller - so zooming then lose the whole picture.  So much lag going between PDF screens. Cannot look at multiple screens from BIM 360.  Just spent an hour downloading and printing individual PDFs so i can read what is on them.

Fully agree. I have an Arch model open; and to individually print 97 sheets is a significant waste of my time.

I am still amazed that Autodesk has not addresses this. Currently trying to print off 50+ P&IDs with comments and I will have to export each document with comments individually.
