Please add a feature to the web platform that will allow for the editing/modification of a saved Issue Report Template. This would allow for slight modification of the report if a companies scope or issue types change, without having to go back in and create X number of Issue Templates from scratch.
Ultimately this should be extremely easy to implement and would be a great value add to all users. I find myself creating new reports almost daily due to the bulky nature of the saved report process. Most of the users in my company are in the same boat.
The template/saved issue report should be a feature that improves productivity, not a drawback that hinders it.
It is also not possible to create multiple issue templates from the same webpage. I must refresh the page, or the previous report will be overwritten..
