Add messages in browser (pop-up? change of colors?), via email, and in Revit to Warn Admins AND users that the BIM360 Account is expiring soon, and also when it does expire, explaining this fact. The current system abruptly shuts things down and users are suddenly unable to see or open anything, without a notification or knowing why.

In countries where GDPR is enforced, the email that warns about account expiration should also explain what are the implications and what happens to accounts after expiration if a renewal does not take place.
I posted this idea almost a year ago, and it should be a really simple one to implement, and on top of all that, two different Autodesk employees have addressed it; one labeling the idea 'under review' and the other one adding seriously compelling and legally-required reasons for why it should be implemented. I am hopeful that ALL of this leads to the implementation of this idea. I have 75 ideas in here and you are welcome to review and VOTE for them 🙂
