Ability to overlay models in BIM 360 Docs
We provide a number of our clients access to BIM 360 Docs on projects.
They regularly request the ability to be able to overlay models on top of each over in the model viewer. This would be a great feature to have without having to provide additional licences when only viewing is required.
open the access to view model only without consuming license would be good, not all parties need license on daily basis. Some clients only need to review the models probably weekly / monthly basis, without using any other tools / document management features / space, only viewing 3d BIM model.
This feature is really needed. There are so many free tools on the market that can do this by default. Others like Trimble Connect allows you to combine multiple models and even drawings for everyone. Aconex can do this since like 5 years. It's much needed and would make ACC even better!
Cherry on the Cake: With this integration you should also be able to add and save Views for others.
