Convert .cad file to .dwg

Hello!. I want to use a model I found but the format is in .cad, I did a lot of research and can't find at least a demo or trial of QuickCAD that I think was used to create the file. I downloaded other CAD programs but none recognize .cad 

Can someone assist me to convert the file?, I really need access to the file, and converting to .dwg will give me more choices to use the file (at least open with DWG Trueview?).

I could not find the extra files, so I assume these are the ones and I have converted them to ACAD 2007 DWG format.

If the package you are reading the files does not allow you to "tile print" to actual 1:1 scale attached are the PDF tiled version of the 150 parachute panel on 6 x A4 pages. I added the crosshatch to make it easier to align the pieces into one sheet and added the dimensions to confirm the size.
