Unable to connect through Desktop app

Hello,

 

I am unable to access my Autodesk build subscription through the Autodesk Desktop app.

When I sign in, it says "You do no appear to have an Autodesk subscription or the product you are trying to install isn't available through the Autodesk desktop app".


Can Build not be used through the Desktop app? Or is there just an error in my install?

do you see it here?

manage.autodesk.com

since its a cloud service it may not even use the desktop app for anything

what did you install?

@ieuan_mcleodBGKTD ADA is a dead product getting replaced in about two weeks https://blogs.autodesk.com/technology-manager-community/2023/02/22/introducing-autodesk-access/?_ga=...

But we all can get access to all of our tools and always have for years and years now from each of our Accounts Page (unless you have corporate overlords that restrict that severely for you, then you need to go ask them for permission first) https://manage.autodesk.com/products
