AutoCAD update not installing

When trying to download and update AutoCAD through the Autodesk desktop application, the download fails, but the update does not install. And it's been like this for 2-3 hours. What should I do?

Download the updates from your autodesk account not the desktop app

Ditto, downloaded from app and I do not see any update changes.

I guess you missed the post right above yours? Or perhaps you did not understand it: everyone can download needed updates and software from their Autodesk Account right here https://manage.autodesk.com/home/

I ended up getting a trouble ticket. The link posted was used, but failed. Telling someone to try to help theirself, friend, when there is an issue is sort of dismissive. The autodesk help desk attempted to download the installation update link as well and it did not work.

Unfortunately that doesn't work. When i go there i don't see a single update. I can get the full version of the app but never any updates. My update list is empty. It would be nice to use this since ADA will not install the update.

Works fine for everyone in our office, perhaps you used the incorrect log-in or your corporate accounts manager has limited your access to them
