Hi,

I cannot seem to upload Structural connections into my Revit software. I downloaded the update but when I close Revit and re-open its blank.

Could anyone help me please?  btw I have the student version, would that make a difference? thanks

Hello @Anonymous,

Please take a look at: Load a Structural Connection

"Unless structural connection add-ins are installed in your version of Revit, no connections will be visible to load. In these instances, use the generic connection to detail your model."

Maybe @Viveka_CD can provide more information regarding these connection settings on your version of Revit.

@nick.dit can you please confirm what version you are running?

Hi @natasha.l

Looks like the add-in works only on Revit 2017.

Hi @Anonymous

You have to check his system requirements.See HERE for more information.

The Autodesk Steel Connections for Revit add-on is only compliant with Autodesk Revit 2017

Also, see this article HERE for a solution to why Autodesk Revit Steel Connections 2017 does not work

Regards,

Hello @Anonymous,

I wanted to check-in with you, I hope you were able to resolve the issue. Was the issue due to different versions?

If it was & you have access to the Revit 2017 version you can download & install it. Let us know if you have any more questions.
