HELP

this morning i installed inventor 2018 thanks to my licence gived to me by my university (Politecnico di Milano, Italy, MI). I tryed to start inventor but it crashed at first 1 second....at that moment i thought i had to reinstall it...so i delete everything (watching the help menu on the website). So i tryed to re install but the program tells me i had already download it...and so i cannot reinstall it...can u help me? is preatty important couse i should work with it! Thanks anyway!

Program cannot be installed because the installer indicates that it is already loaded

Thanks for your feedback.

Please use Microsoft fix it tool to uninstall the product and try to Re-install the product.
