REVIT 2021 won't install

I am trying to install Revit 2021 through the Autodesk Desktop Application, and I continue to get an error message that says: "An error occurred while preparing the installation.  Please try again or contact Autodesk Support."

Get your software installation files from your Autodesk Account like the rest of us do all the time, login here https://manage.autodesk.com/cep/#products-services/all
