Revit 2017.2.2 update not installing

I am unable to download or install it either and I have followed all the steps from above as well. This is the error I get.

Thanks for your Feedback. Unfortunately, I am not able to reproduce the issue.

 

I think this is may be due to older version of ADA. Please follow suggestions below and give a try.

 

 Please try this,

 

Please try this

  • Exit ADA
  • Stop AdAppMgr Service
  • %Programdata% > Autodesk > Delete the “SDS” folder
  • Restart ADA.

 

I would like to know more about this error.Could you please send me the log files?

I was able to download this through manage.autodesk.com and install but I am still having trouble with the ADA app.

I have gone through the log files, It looks like today its updated to latest version of ADA.

 

 

May I know, what is the OS you are using to install this update?

 

 

Please try this

  • Exit ADA

  • Restart ADA.

I am running win10 creators for the OS

You said that, you installed the update from accounts. Still are you seeing the update on ADA?

 

Once you installed the update from accounts you won't see the update on ADA.

 

I would like to do a remote session to know more about the issue. if possible could you please let me know your availability?

I did update from accounts and it no longer shows in ADA but I have others in ADA that need installed and they show the same way as the other. I get the same error about the digital signature. We can do a remote session any time today.

That's the best way: ADA is not the best solution yet, it's still a work in progress and you're the unpaid test-er for it.
