Same problem here. I did a clean uninstall following the directions HERE. But it's still blank. I was thinking of posting to Installation and Licensing forum this afternoon.

So I checked my Windows updates ...
Did the 3.5 / 4.8 Win 10 update / rebooted and I'm back
But I'm still seeing others getting hit by it

Just to share some information from south America (I am in Brazil) the desktop app is working here.
We also have many issues with it here with many users and sometimes for me as well.

But that hasn't worked for me any better than the Knowledge Network article did.

reboot before, reboot after, doesnt make a difference, still a blank screen.

I guess I'm not really that worried about it, the only reason it is even on our machines is because it gets installed with every software you install, and we got sick of removing it. I download updates from my account page and just direct all our users to access the install files from our network. I just wish the manage page didnt take so long to load all the time. It is a very slow site.
All I was doing was testing to see if setting an update to ignore in our company account would push down to users so they dont see updates we dont need (language packs, DACH extension, etc.)

It has been like that for a long time you do the fix in the AKN then it goes blank again next time you go to use it.
Have you tried the fix in the link I posted? It's slightly different.
