The new app says...
You don't appear to have an Autodesk subscription or the product you are trying to install isn't available through the desktop app.
Yet I see all my 3dsMax licenses in my Autodesk account on your web.
My maintenance license is valid until nov 24 2017.

Try a uninstall & reinstall of the app to see if that corrects the issue. Please take a look at this article on how to: Autodesk desktop app
