New App -> No licenses

Hi!

 

The new app says...

 

You don't appear to have an Autodesk subscription or the product you are trying to install isn't available through the desktop app.

Yet I see all my 3dsMax licenses in my Autodesk account on your web.

My maintenance license is valid until nov 24 2017.

You most likely logged in with the wrong email account.

Either way though, Uninstall DesktopApp, it's flawed and buggy.

Hello @Anonymous,

 

Try a uninstall & reinstall of the app to see if that corrects the issue. Please take a look at this article on how to: Autodesk desktop app
