Welcome. Please translate this post in the future for better feedback. I did some digging & this is the message you are receiving within the Desktop app, it is translated in English, please confirm that this is what you receive. 

 

 

This message is letting you know that this is a subscription product & that you must be a subscriber. You can try to sign in & out, reset your password or download the product from your Autodesk account if this message is incorrect & you do have access to the product as a subscriber. About the Autodesk Desktop app

 

Please let us know if this issue persists & you do not see the product in your account after 24-48hrs of purchase.

Hello @Anonymous,

 

If you are a student & you have not selected/registered this product in your educational account you need to go back, sign-in, locate the product selecting from the dropdowns. Take a look at this post on the Steps for Setting-Up Student Software

If you have suites or network license products and you already installed all the available updates, at that time also you can see the same message on ADA.
