cannot download the file

I cannot download the file since there is missing some files.Please help me.

Check out the troubleshooting steps suggested in these posts and see if that helps address the error you are getting as well.

api-ms-win-crt-runtime-l1-1-0.dll is missing

When you start AutoCAD LT an error displays "api-ms-win-crt-runtime-l1-1-0.dll" is missing
