Autodesk Desktop App problem

Hi all

I have revit 2018.3 when I check update in Autodesk Desktop App the error massage  will appear

I try in revit 2019 also I have same problem for several day and several try

note: error massage attached

Thanks for your feedback.

 

I haven't see the Revit 2018.3 update on Autodesk desktop app attachment.

 

I would like to know more about the issue. could you please send me log files?

 

Please find the attachment for log file instructions.

 

Please try this.

            Exit Autodesk desktop app(from system tray menu)
           Stop AdAppMgr Service(task manager)
           %Programdata% > Autodesk > Delete the “SDS” folder
            Restart Autodesk desktop app.

 

Still if you see the issue, please try this also.

  Uninstall autodesk dekstop app

  Install  autodesk dekstop app fro here : https://www.autodesk.com/desktop-app

 

 

Please let me know if it works.

I think your Desktop application is not up to date so it cannot connect to the server.
