Autocad crashes continously even after resetting it to default

I recently bought a high configuration laptop and that isnt helping me much since the autocad that i have downloaded( student version) keeps crashing after every two to three minutes when I start the laptop.

Though I have tried every possible way to solve the glitch as shown on the community page

1) Resetting  the autocad to default on every reboot ,it helped a bit but after every shutdown i have to again reset the autocad to default and run it which consumes alot of time and hampers my modifications in the software .

2)Switching off graphic  performance ,it helped but later it hung up

please guide me to resolve this problem where i can stop the crashing without resetting the autocad to default after every now and then .

What version of AutoCAD/LT did you get?
What is your WIndows version?

Could this be your issue https://knowledge.autodesk.com/search-result/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/Autodesk-products-not-wo...

Thanakyou for your kind response, it talks about the .net framework 4.6 which I already have and is not the reason probably for unusual crashes.

The problem is having .NET 4.7 installed: is that installed? Then you need to remove it like the article asks.
It makes no difference if you already have NET4.6 installed, having the newer one is the problem.

.NET 4.7 is not installed as the article says, the issue still stands after having the required .NET 4.6

well i thought being a 4gb graphic card with this configuration will make the software run properly, but the amd R5 m335 isnt compatible with autocad, have tried to run it with directx9 instead of directx10

lets see how it works

thanksalot
