app does not respond

Hi I am trying to update with the App. Nothing happens when I press Update.

I am running Maya 2018 and Maya 2016 SP 6

 

I was also  wondering, should I run Ext 2 or SP6 for Maya 2016?

I am also using Mental Ray 2016 SP 6

 

The Updater shows Ext 1 for 2016 not Ext 2...

 

Will Mental Ray get updated to Maya 2018?

Thanks for your feedback.

 

Generally, Auto desk Desktop App will display updates for all the installed products(if the products have updates.)

 

 

Please try this

  • Exit ADA
  • Stop AdAppMgr Service
  • %Programdata% > Autodesk > Delete the “SDS” folder
  • Restart ADA.

 

Still you have problem, please try this,
