Can you open another file without this error popping up, so is it all files? Also, can you please let us know if this just started happening?
Something on your system may have changed that deleted or blocked component. You can fix this by repairing it or uninstalling it & reinstalling it. How to uninstall & reinstall Microsoft Visual C++
