AEC Objects Disappearing ...Bug!!! Help!

My office is having a huge problem with ADT 3.0 and 3.3. Chairs brought in
from the Design Center are disappearing within drawings.

Here are the steps to create the problem:

1. Open a new drawing.
2. Drop in chairs from the design center.
3. Isolate the layer the chairs are on(a-furn).
4. Move the chairs.

Then they disappear. Undo doesn't bring them back into the display. Nor
does regen.

Typical System info:
PIII 1gig
32 mg Graph. Card (withh accel. turned off)
512 Ram
20 Gig HD w/ 17 gig free
Win 98 se
ADT 3.0 sp 2 and 3 (happens on both sp's)
or ADT 3.3

What is going on? This is a big problem for us.

Look to see if layer Zero is Off or Frozen. Thaw or Turn Layer Zero back On.
This should fix it. This is a Known Issue....

Jarod,
I tried that solution and it didn't work. Any other ideas?

I get the same thing (because layer 0 is turned off using LAYISO). But after
unisolating and regening the furniture reappears. Did you all do a zoom
extents to see if someone hit the right button instead of the left and moved
the chair to an unknown location?
