ADT Change Properties Box

Anyone know of a system variable or setting somewhere in ADT that switches
on or off the extended properties display in the Change Properties dialog
box? I have a user that when he clicks on an ADT object he only gets a
limited amount of information in the change properties dialog box. Things
like clean up radius and such don't show up.

Any suggestions?

Thanks
Dan

Usually happens when more than 1 entity at a time is selected. The "lowest
common set" of properties are displayed. Have them try picking just 1 entity
and what happens?

The user is picking only one entity. The display only shows layer that the
object is on and a few other bits of information. I can't figure it out.

Hmmm...I'm looking but am kinda clueless here. Try this: without anything
selected, open the Properties dialog box (ctrl+1). Do you have under the
Categorized tab sections for General, Plot style, View and Misc? Now select
a wall with the dialog box still open. After the picking the wall, all you
get is General? No Location, Style, Dimension?

Ahem,
For those too lazy to cut and paste (not you Chris), here's the content
of that message:

"There is a rare problem in which invalid entries in the registry leads to
the Object Properties Manager returning "No Selection".
Unfortunately, there isn't an automated fix for this problem and the best
suggestion I can provide is a complete uninstall and
reinstall. In this case, I would highly recommend removing all Autodesk
products from this machine, removing all Autodesk files and
registry entries and then reinstalling Arch Desktop 3.3. This process
should help to ensure that you have a clean install. For
details on this process, you can visit the following web page:

Does the object properties dialog work when you have normal AutoCAD
entitites selected? So if you select a line, do you see the start and end
point information listed in the OP dialog? If not, have you checked
PICKFIRST? Make sure its 1.

If normal AutoCAD entities work, are you using ADT or the object enabler for
ADT? If you are using ADT, then it sounds like a problem in your registry.
Have you tried reinstalling?
