Currently with the latest introduction to the Autodesk waiting room in the account portal, Primary Admins/Purchaser are the only individuals who can view and move New Subscriptions to a designated team in the account portal via the new waiting room feature. This creates an inconvenience for the secondary administrators who are truly facilitating the license management in the account portal, oftentimes the contract manager/purchaser for a customer/company is not managing the software but merely signing the check or issuing the purchase order to their reseller of record/partner. Allowing secondary admins to gain visibility of the waiting room and all new licenses that are purchased can help fill the gap that is currently missing with the new waiting room functionality which is meant to eliminate the cases that are created by partners or customers needing to move new purchases into the correct allocated team in the account portal.
Additionally, if there was a Power User Role that can be enabled it may be able to provide further rights or capabilities to admins who facilitate their end users software can help in this area.
