Find Software Coordinator in Autodesk Account

Hello,

In the current system, the best way I know of to identify the User who has been assigned the role of Software Coordinator for a Product is as follows:

1. To View the name of the Software Coordinator for a Product

    a. Click on the "All Products & Services" menu item.

    b. Click on the Product (e.g. AutoCAD)

    c. Click on the Contract Details link and make a note of the Contract Number (e.g. #11000077xxxx)

    d. Click on the Users Tab

    e. Repeat until Found:

        i. Click on the ">" to the left of the User Name

       ii. In the User Info Section, look for a heading named "Software Coordinator" and under that heading look for a Contract Number that matches the one noted above, if it is present than this User is the Software Coordinator, other wise continue.

An improvement would be to add the name of the Software Coordinator the the Contact Detials page, near each Serial Number since each SN has a unique SC. This will eliminated the manual recording of the Contract Number and the manual searching through the list of Users.

I'm so sorry you've been having to go through such a long and frustrating process. There is a much easier method to find out which software coordinator is assigned to a specific product, I really hope this helps!

1. Go to user management and click on "Filters" in the top right corner of your user list
2. A list will open, click on the checkbox next to the product you're looking for
3. At the bottom of the list there is a section called "Roles", please click the checkbox next to Software Coordinator
4. This will return any users who are a software coordinator on that specific product
