Hi, I had an Autodesk account for many years and was using Fusion 360 for some hobby modeling for 3D prints.
Today I tried to log in after a few months and... I cannot access my account?
Sign in only accepts an email addres as login, but my account was on a user-name / account name only. My email address where I always received mail and 2FA codes is not recognized "account not found".
So now I had to create a new account but of course lost all my previous posts and more importantly, my (mandatory cloud saved) projects 😠
I did not receive a message that the user name logins would disappear, nor something to merge/transfer to a new account.
Any help on how to retrieve or access my old account?
