Build in a web inbox to Autodesk Account

Some users are not able to receive emails from Autodesk for some reason.

They're missing emails like Get Started Email, Order Processed email, etc.

 

I'll suggest to build an inbox into Autodesk Account so that users can check emails there instead of their own outlook.

There might be several issues to receive emails. Most of them are company security policy.
We're aware of that some emails from Autodesk are coming through some marketing vendors.
Company security block detects those don't come from Autodesk directly and regard those as spam.
Some companies are not able to receive HTML email itself. Only test emails are allowed.

At least an imbox better than your notifications would be an improvement.

Request from admins: To receive notifications whenever end users change their email address through profile.

We recently switch to named user licensing from network licensing and quite a few users did not "receive" emails from Autodesk with regards to creating and verifying accounts. This was caused by Outlook defaulting to Focused inbox which which was hiding the email from Autodesk. Switching to All mail inbox showed all the emails that came from Autodesk to set up and verify their accounts.

 

Perhaps Autodesk needs to look the way they are delivering these emails and why outlook is not showing in the focused inbox. 

 

Also would this proposed inbox be available to new users as soon as an administrator added them to the companies named users?
