Showing Updates That Are Already Installed

I used the Access app to install the Revit 2023.1.1.1 update yesterday, and it seems to have gone well. Today, I was informed by the Access app that I need to install that same update.

What gives? Why is this such a hard problem? Of all the functionality that was removed, this was one of the few features that was kept, and supposed to be fixed. So disappointed.

Well, that WAS a way to deal with this with ADA, but with Access, signing out is going to log you out of all Autodesk SSO sessions, thus kicking you out of all Autodesk tools that you're using.

Following up, signing out and back in did not correct the issue but it did kick me out of all Autodesk tools and strangely, Desktop Connector did not respond to the SSO login, staying signed out until I manually signed that app in again.

@OwenWhitehouse_ASTI , we are aware of this issue with Revit 2023.1.1.1 and are working on a fix to address it.  Thanks for your patience.

I am having the same issue with Autodesk Licensing Service 13.3.1.9694 update which was released October 24, 2023. I install the update but later in the day it shows up again in available updates in Autodesk Access.

@danny.polkinhorn I am showing the same version pop up, but interestingly, mine shows a released date of October 23, 2023.  Why the one day difference?  Same exact version number.
