I have Autodesk Access installed, I am logged in, but it isn't giving me any updates. My MAX 2023 is at "MAX Olympus", which is the original version release.

Yes, thanks, but that isn't the issue. Autodesk Access isn't working.

Autodesk Access isn't working.

 

That's the problem. If you read some posts in this forum, you'll notice you're not alone. It's 'work in progress' so better not rely on it. Just check your Autodesk Account page regularly for updates.
