After downloading, the Autodesk Access can't open, received the following prompt:Screenshot 2023-08-18 173803.png

When I check the task manager, only Autodesk Desktop Licensing Service.exe can be found. Anyone can help with this issue? Thanks

Restart your PC and try the installation again if it still will not start?

Are there any files / folders in the path specified by the error?

Edit: BTW - there's not much use for Autodesk Access at the moment. It's flaky at best, so you might save yourself a lot of hassle to get it working only to find out it doesn't work as expected....

The autodesk window will auto closed after 2-3 sec. I have tried for few times, but still same.

So you try to install Maya, which fails because Autodesk Access won't install? Check 'Programs and Feature' to see if Autodesk Access is in the list of installed programs. If so - remove it and try the installation again.

If that doesn't work, you could have a look at setup.xml (create a copy first) with Notepad and see if there's a section about Autodesk Access. If so - delete that section, save the xml and try again.

There are many xml files involved in an installation, so I'm not sure if this is the one containing Autodesk Access.

Those are not about Autodesk Access. Since it's not listed in Programs and Features, it's going to be more difficult to solve. What you could try is to install Autodesk Access on it's own and if success, then try Maya again.

If it doesn't work, you either have to modify the xml file as I described earlier, or you have to remove all Autodesk Access files / folders / registry settings of the failed install 'by hand'. BUT. Autodesk Access is part of the Autodesk installer.

If you don't have any other Autodesk programs installed, you could use this article to completely remove all Autodesk stuff and then try again.

Hi, I tried  reinstall the Autodesk completely, but it still not works. About the xml file, is it for Maya? I can't find Autodesk section in the Maya setup.xml.
