Hi,

Before format my pc, I want to use LTU,

but it gives an  the max. number of exports for this serial number has been reached error,  What am I have to do?

You need to reach your admin account from manage.autodesk.com and check which pcs you've given permission to. Maybe even remove those permissions aswell.
