Como puedo integrar las herramientas de Architecture, MEP etc, dentro del programa Autocad, para tenerlas disponibles al abrir Autocad sin tener que descargar y abrir los programas por separado ?

I dont think you can, you can run like Autocad, Map & Civ3d as they are 1 bundle you can make your own menu's so when in what looks like plain Autocad you can have a menu that is full of CIV3D functions saving having to swap workspaces. Unless you load somehow the correct dll's to match a command then may be able to cross platforms.

I dont use Architecture or MEP so dont know what workspaces are available.

Los conjuntos de herramientas son aplicaciones independientes y no módulos o complementos para AutoCAD. Deberías poder verlos en la página de tu cuenta o aplicación de escritorio de Autodesk.
