Workspace Gone??!!!

I am using Plant 3D 2019 but it doesn't display any workspaces or tabs on the ribbon.

Do i have to customise these or can i just reload the standard ones?

Not had this issue before with previous versions

No i'm afraid the problem isn't solved 

I have reloaded the cuix file but nothing changes

I will try to reset to defaults again but nothing has happened so far

Plant 3d 2019 doesn't have "reset settings to default" like autocad.

If load cuix doesn't work, or you don't have a backup of you cuix, i would reinstall plant 3d.

autocad plant 3d like auto cad, has a section where you can find diferent "profiles". you need to introduce the comand "option" and enter to the section "profiles". it is posible that your profile was change. Check that the profile <<Unnamed Profile>> is selected.  may be could works. good look
