Today we handel Advance Steel (AS) outside Vault, The plant 3D (p3d) users make empty models in p3d and reference in the AS models. we want to put AS into Vault, this is easy, i would like the models to be part of p3d. the issue here is if the AS designer creates a model, and checks it in the p3d designer adds it to the project but can not check it in. so the p3d guys would need to create all the models for the AS guys(not gonna make any one happy) am i missing some thing? is ther another way to get the models into plant?
