using cutomers drawings to create isos

Hello everyone, I'm new here and also somewhat new to plant3D, I'm using 2020 version,

What I want to do is use the customer's P3D model to create isos,  but when I try to create isos  it asks me to open the project it belongs to. and when I click Ok it says that it could not find project.

I understand that it is because it belongs to whoever it created the models and obviously I do not have the spec that he used.

they sent models, isos and project xml.

how can I go about this? like I said I am new to this and its possibly something really simple. any help will be appreciated.

Dear @wvelascoR56WP ,

write to your customer to send you the complete isometric folder of the model used.
You copy this into your Plant 3D project.
Then it should work with the ISO creation
