Unable to get Eqpt. Item tag in .nwd viewer

Hi all,

Unable to get Eqpt. Item tag in .nwd viewer unless create separate Eqp/steel/plate layer tag to have auto tag in.nwd this is bit strange. .nwd manager/viewer should read Plant3D Equipment's with assigned item tag irrespective of layer

Thanks for the suggestion -> we tried with the same settings in NWD manager said option but still the issue remain the same...Their might be some settings need to done @ Plant 3D file/ Proj. Manager settings !?

Thanks to letting us know any other settings need to be done that we were overlooked !?

Please show a screen shot of the equipment properties in Navisworks. Sounds like you're looking at a model that does not have Plant 3D properties.
