Spec part

Hi,

Can anyone tell me what is the SPEC PART  - I see that the there is property name under the P&ID inline and lines called spec part.

For some reason it apaer as a list but if I look in Datamanger the detail shows.
Is this something that is added or created in Spec Editor?

this Spec Part field is required for Spec Driven P & IDs
